We are happy to announce that Elisa Cauli was awarded the8 PhD in Bioengineering at Politecnico di Milano. Elisa defended her thesis, titled\u00a0\u201cSet-up and preliminary qualification of a microfluidic system for assessing drug toxicity and metabolism in the hepatobiliary environment\u201d in front of his PhD Committee (Prof. Bart Spee, Prof. Carlos Domingues Mota, Prof. Alfonso Gautieri).\"\"<\/p>\n

We are happy to announce the SINERGIA Workshop 2023 (22 May 22 2023, Ispra, Italy)<\/strong>, which represents the final event of the SINERGIA project. The Workshop will precede the\u00a0Summer School<\/a><\/span> on Non Animal Approaches (23-26 May 2023), organized by the\u00a0European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) and its\u00a0<\/span>EU Reference Laboratory for Alternatives to Animal Testing (EURL ECVAM)<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The SINERGIA Workshop 2023 will take place at the Casa Don Guanella<\/a>, which is the suggested stay for students attending the JRC Summer School. Hence, if you participate to the JRC Summer School and want to extend your research experience in the Non Animal Approaches, apply for the Workshop (participation is free of charge, upon acceptance of your abstract).<\/span><\/p>\n

The template for the abstract to participate to the SINERGIA Workshop 2023 may be found here<\/a>. You may submit your abstract by email to the address sinergia2020@polimi.it<\/a><\/p>\n

The deadline for the submission is 19 March 2023!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SINERGIA project was presented at “MeetMeTonighht 2020”, the Italian chapter of the European Researchers Night. Below you may watch the introductory video in which the ESRs enrolled in the PhD Bioengineering program at Politecnico di Milano present themselves.<\/p>\n
